Individual Therapy
Psychotherapy, also known as talk therapy, is a type of treatment that involves talking with a trained mental health professional to learn how to manage and overcome various mental health challenges, emotional struggles, and behavioral issues. At Holistic Mind & Muscle you will work one-on-one with me to create a plan for positive change. Marriage counseling aims to assist couples with addressing past resentments and learning new skills for developing productive communication patterns. Common barriers for couples include communication, conflict management, financial disagreements, intimacy concerns, and anger management, among others. We will first meet with clients separately before conducting joint sessions. Family Therapy

Family therapy can also provide assistance during transitions related to illness, mental health issues, substance abuse, unemployment, relocation, aging, divorce, trauma, and the processes of grief and loss.
TheraFitness
Exercise & Therapy Integration and Transformation
TheraFitness is implemented in two distinct phases. The first phase involves conventional talk therapy, during which participants engage in goal setting and the identification and processing of distressing information and/or situations. The second phase focuses on establishing physical fitness goals, evaluating strength training techniques, and instruction on proper execution of each exercise.

Individual TheraFitness blends mental health therapy with physical fitness to address anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional barriers. Together, we will set both mental health and fitness goals to create a holistic approach to healing and personal growth.

Group TheraFitness
Group TheraFitness provides a supportive environment for individuals to engage in both therapeutic discussions and physical fitness activities in a group setting. In a group dynamic participants will benefit from the support of others. Participants will share experiences, feel less isolated and alone, learn from each other while, enhancing self-awareness, improve relationships, and work towards mental and physical wellness goals, guided by a therapist and fitness instructor.
